NEXT STEPS for the new landings rebuild

  1. VOTE yes NOW to Approve the new Landings rebuild

  2. Once the vote is approved, the club will:

    • secure financing for the project

    • negotiate and Sign pending VENDOR CONTRACTS

    • execute the current project plan

  3. Capital dues will begin and will be billed when Annual dues are billed for 2025

  4. The new landings grand opening party IS SCHEDULED FOR memorial day, 2026
