• This plan attracts new members and will spur growth, which helps diffuse and amortize project costs and overall Club operations

Value
• This plan takes advantage of the truly unique asset that Trillium has. It would be a shame, and we would likely look back with regret, if we did not make the most of the opportunity to elevate our club and get it to a $/sf on par with our peers here on the plateau. Pool
• We need to address the pool issue, we had friends decline joining largely due to the state of the pool as that was a big draw for them, they own a home on the lake
• To attract families and aid in the longevity of this club, we need to have an amazing pool
