For Large events such as Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day you will need to call the Office of Member Services to make your reservations.

RESERVATION POLICIES
Please call The Clubhouse if you are trying to make a reservation less than 3 hours in advance.
To make a reservation at The Clubhouse click the Book a Table button.
Select how many people and date
Select time of reservation desired and click Book Now
Input your name, email, phone number and under add a message, your membership number and seating request
When entering phone number make sure not to enter and spaces or dashes for example 8287436161
If you would like to make a reservation for more than 8 people please call The Clubhouse at 828-743-4157.
